MIKE FLOWERS
______

Senior Pastor

Rev. Flowers is a gifted leader and teacher with a deep love of Jesus Christ. His formal education includes a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree from Troy State University. He was ordained into the ministry in 1993. Rev. Flowers has served as a Ministries Consultant for the Georgia Baptist Missions Board (on-site Director of Camp Kaleo, Men’s Ministries, Pulpit Supply), Pastor of New Prospect Baptist Church in Laurens, South Carolina, and Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Americus, Georgia.

A native of Alabama, Rev. Flowers has been married to his lovely wife Julie for 33 years and is the father of daughters Abby Jean and Lauren Grace.
Bryan

BRYAN HAWKINS

Associate Pastor of Music & Children

Pastor Bryan has over 30 years of worship ministry experience. He is originally from Opelika, Alabama. He has served churches in Alabama, NW Florida, and Georgia. He really enjoys all genres of music. He shares a great love for Southern Gospel Music, having shared the stage with some of the greatest singers and musicians. He holds an AS degree from Southern Union State Community College, BA in Biblical Studies from Beacon University, and a MA in Worship Studies from Liberty University. He loves all sports but especially University of Alabama Athletics and Opelika High School Athletics. He has been married to Amy since March 6, 1999.

JASON DAVIS

Youth Director

Jason Davis serves as the Youth Director at Rosemont Baptist Church, bringing passion and creativity from his full-time career as a graphic designer/public affairs into his ministry with students. He and his wife, Alisha, have faithfully led the youth group on a volunteer basis in the past and continue to invest deeply in the next generation. Over the years, Jason has served in many roles within the church, building on his heart for ministry and commitment to the body of Christ. He graduated Georgia Southern University in 2001 and married his wife Alisha in 2002. Jason and Alisha have lived in Waynesboro since 2007 and have two children.

Brianna is our go-to for all things administrative. As the first point of contact, she sets a warm, welcoming tone. She is the cog that keeps our operations running smoothly every day.
